I’m Alun Gathergood, and I’ve been a team building facilitator in Thailand since 2003 (connect on LinkedIn). My career began as a freelance facilitator for multiple companies across Thailand, leading to a regional management role at a resort-based corporate training provider with locations throughout Asia. In 2013, I launched my own team building company in Bangkok under my personal brand.
With both indoor and outdoor adventures on the program menu, I offer over twenty team building experiences to choose from. One of our most requested options is an Amazing Race-style event — and our version, with its unique twists and turns, continues to be a crowd favorite.
As the founder and lead facilitator (read more about my background and experience here), I personally deliver every event. I don’t outsource or subcontract to other vendors. This allows me to maintain complete control over quality and client experience. Because of this, I operate on a first-come, first-served basis — so I encourage early booking to secure your date.

What team building activities do you offer?
A lot of team building in Bangkok is indoors and my menu includes some great options such as cocktail-making, movie-making, and several different variations of indoor fun and games with plenty of competition. However, for those group wishing to get out and about, our Amazing Race with some unique twists and turns is always a popular option.
How many people can you handle?
We’ve got good options for both tiny groups as well as very large groups. On the smaller side, groups of 10, and on the higher side, we can easily accommodate several hundred people.
What venues do you work with in Bangkok?
Most of my team building is hotel-based. It is no problem for us to work with any hotel of your choosing. Put us in contact with your event manager and we’ll deal directly with them.

How do you charge for team building?
My rates depend on your group size so the bigger your group, the lower the per person rate.
How long do your team building programs last?
While I usually recommend a half-day program, I do have one or two full-day options available as well. Most group schedules allow for a half-day only so this remains my focus and I have plenty of events lasting around 3 to 4 hours. If you have a busy schedule, a 2 hour event may be all you have time for. And that’s fine, I have some very cool, short, and high-energy indoor options to fit.
What’s My favourite team building program in Bangkok?
Movie Making. An indoor or outdoor movie-making experience which is probably one of the funniest things you will ever do as a group.
