My name is Alun Gathergood and, since 2003, I’ve been facilitating team building programs in Krabi. My career began as a freelance facilitator for several training companies across Thailand, later moving on to a regional manager role at one of Asia’s leading experiential training facilities, managing offices in both Thailand and Indonesia. All programs are personally led by me, with no outsourcing to third-party providers. I operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so early contact is recommended to secure your preferred date. What team building programs are on the menu?
My full team building menu is available in Krabi. Amazing races, cooking challenges, video production experiences, indoor competition, sporty events, and much more.
What size of group do you normally work with?
Anything really. I’ve got some highly creative options for groups as small as 10 but some fantastic options to meet the requirements of large groups of 100 pax or more. Depending on your group size, I’ll make some recommendations.
How about venues in Krabi?
I specialise in team building programs that can be conducted within your hotel, whichever hotel that may be. Certain programs such as sporty events may require us to source an external venue if your selected hotel does not have enough garden space.

How much do you charge for your team building?
My rates are based on your group size so the larger the group, the more affordable the per person rate becomes. Small groups therefore have a higher per person rate. Ask for a copy of my menu for full details.
How long do your team building programs last?
A half-day team building is usually my recommended option as full-day team building can be extremely tiring for participants. My half-day experiences range from 2 to 4 hours in most cases. However, I do offer a full-day adventure option which works really well in Krabi.
What’s My favourite team building program in Krabi?
Masterchef. My Malaysian clients always seem to love food and are highly motivated to show off their country’s cooking skills. Working with Malaysians on a cooking challenge is always a pleasure.
