I’m Alun Gathergood, and since 2003 I have been facilitating team building, team bonding, and team development programs in Khao Lak, Thailand. My professional journey began as a freelance facilitator for several leading training organisations across Thailand, before progressing to the position of Regional Manager with one of Asia’s foremost experiential training providers, a role in which I facilitated corporate training programs in both Thailand and Indonesia.
