Team Building That People Actually Enjoy
Great team building should never feel like a day of forced fun or awkward icebreakers. I won’t be forcing anyone to act like a chicken or perform ridiculous dance moves. That’s not my style.
The best experiences are those where people become so engaged in the challenges that they forget they’re taking part in a development activity. They laugh together, celebrate successes, solve problems under pressure, and discover new strengths in themselves and their colleagues – all while simply enjoying the experience.
My programs are designed to create exactly that kind of atmosphere. Expect plenty of energy, friendly competition, creative thinking, and moments that have the whole team cheering, laughing, and working together. Your group may be building ingenious contraptions, tackling fast-paced outdoor challenges, or collaborating on a creative project, but the emphasis is always on creating an experience that is genuinely enjoyable from beginning to end.
The result is a day that people remember for all the right reasons. Participants leave with great memories, stronger connections, and plenty of stories to share back at the office. Long after the event has finished, it’s often those shared moments of fun, achievement, and teamwork that continue to strengthen relationships and become part of your team’s culture.

What type of team building programs do you offer?
My focus is on facilitator-led team building challenges. What I mean by this is that I do not offer basic leisure experiences or excursions such as ATV, yoga, or Thai boxing classes. My team building programs are based around the concept of “serious fun” and they offer real learning outcomes. Certainly lots of fun but also challenging, thoughtful, and fully interactive.
Where can you operate your team building events?
My primary operating centres for team building are Phuket and Bangkok and this is where I do most of my work. However, from these centres, I am also able to serve nearby locations. For example, from Phuket, I can easily operate in Khao Lak or Krabi. However, not all programs are available in every destination and extra transportation costs may apply outside our primary destinations.
Do you offer indoor team building programs?
My team building menu includes a wide range of both indoor and outdoor programs and I believe I have a nice mix of physical/non-physical, onsite/offsite, and competitive/non-competitive activities on offer. Depending on your group size and selected venue, I will make recommendations and guide you towards the best fit for your situation.
What venues do you operate in?
I normally operate my team building programs within your hotel grounds or meeting room, once permission has been granted. However, some of the more sporty programs might require an external venue. Many of my programs are portable and can be operated anywhere.
Can the activities be customised for our company?
Absolutely. Every organisation has different objectives, team dynamics, and time constraints. I can recommend activities that best suit your goals, whether you’re looking to improve communication, encourage collaboration, strengthen leadership, or simply give your team an enjoyable shared experience. Program duration, level of challenge, and debriefing can all be tailored to your requirements.
What happens if it rains?
If you’re planning an outdoor event, I’ll discuss contingency options with you in advance so your team building experience can continue with minimal disruption. Having worked throughout Thailand for many years, I’m well accustomed to planning around tropical weather and have multiple backups in place.
Do participants need to be physically fit?
No. Most corporate team building activities are designed to be inclusive rather than physically demanding. The focus is on teamwork, communication, creativity, and problem solving rather than athletic ability. When recommending activities, I’ll always consider the age range, fitness levels, and any accessibility requirements within your group to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.
How far in advance should we book?
While it’s always best to book as early as possible to secure your preferred date, I understand that corporate events are sometimes organised at short notice. If I have availability, I’m happy to accommodate last-minute enquiries. Contact me with your proposed dates and location, and I’ll let you know what’s possible.

These team challenges have been designed to strengthen relationships, highlight individual leadership qualities, and provide a lighthearted proving ground for teamwork and leadership fundamentals.
My focus is on facilitator-led team challenges and I offer a range of indoor and outdoor programs in my primary destinations of Phuket and Bangkok. Other destinations in Thailand will be considered but the full team building menu may not be available in every destination.
On my menu you’ll find Amazing Race adventures, video-based challenges, culinary experiences, sporty afternoons, musical events, plus a few creative and more intellectual options. There’s a lot to choose from.

My team and I offer a specialised team building service that caters well to the training and development needs of regional MICE groups. We are not a DMC and do not offer any other MICE-related services such as accommodation bookings and transfers.
