While I choose to base myself in Thailand, my facilitation services are available in multiple locations across Asia. Air travel has come a long way in the last couple of decades and it is quick, easy and affordable to fly to wherever I’m needed. Thailand offers a central location in the region with convenient flight routes and from there, my commute is really quite pleasant.

Destinations: Phuket, Bangkok

My team building and team bonding programs are available only in Thailand, primarily in Phuket and Bangkok. Other destinations in Thailand such as Chiang Mai, Krabi, Khao Lak, and Koh Samui will be considered for team building but not all program options would be available and extra travel/accommodation costs may apply in some cases.

I can facilitate workshops literally anywhere but I find that I am usually working in Phuket, Bangkok, Singapore, or Kuala Lumpur. Just give me a meeting room and a cup of tea and I’m happy. Other destinations in Asia can easily be considered but extra travel/accommodation charges may apply.

Introducing the New Team Building for 2022

Alongside a redesigned website, the team building menu has also been updated for 2022. In fact, the whole branding has been overhauled.

You’ll probably notice that I’ve introduced a minimal theme to the website. This theme continues through to the menu, uniforms, business cards and all marketing collateral. I find most websites look the same these days so I wanted something a little different. You can’t go wrong with minimalism.

Anyway, I came here to introduce the new team building menu for 2022.

In fact, the menu will probably provide all the information you might need to move forward. We’ll then communicate directly to discuss your specific requirements and fine-tune your selection.

Introducing the New Website for 2022

With the recent time I’ve had on my hands (Covid, anyone?), I thought I’d take the opportunity to build a new website.

In recent years I have felt more and more strongly that a personal brand is more important now than it ever has been. The internet has become so vast that it has turned into an ocean of faceless organisations and corporate jargon.

When I purchase goods or services from others, I tend to favour those organisations that I feel a connection to. I find it builds trust. At the very least, at least you know who you are talking to.

It was back in 2017 that I made the move from my old brand, Micely Done, to using my own name. I’m happy I did as it gives a personal touch to my work. I hope you find me more approachable as a result.

So the new website hopefully reflects this gradual change to a personal brand over the last few years. It’s more blog-focused and less corporate (corporate websites can be so ‘cold’ don’t you think?). It’s fully responsive and fast loading (as more and more of my clients are accessing the site via mobile these days). It’s a minimal design yet has some bold elements – something a little bit different.

It will also give me an outlet to easily share some knowledge about team building and development through my blog. Alongside this, it gives me an opportunity to develop the writing side of business. Exciting times ahead I think.
